Another horrible experience with Verizon. We went in to set ourselves up for overseas cell service while we traveled in Greece. When we got there, the service, we paid for, was not connected and we spent the whole trip without cell phone service and its services. Seeing as there is an eight hour time difference, it was difficult for us to connect with customer service. So far not so good. Made an appointment today, for noon due to a very busy schedule my wife and I have. Had to bring the kids with us. At 1215 we were told we were 3rd in line. But shouldn’t be too long. At 1220 we were told we were next in line. Now it’s 1246 and we haven’t come up next yet. Why even have appointments if it’s going to be an hour later. Ridiculous. For the record we’ve seen at least 6 employees and they’re hasn’t been more than 5 customers at one time. They go in the back and disappear.
I am impressed with the amazing customer service! They listen and are very helpful! I definitely am on a budget but will return when I have the money to start a phone plan with Verizon
