In store customer service on a few occasions by one particular associate was disappointing.
Very poor service. 20 mInutes of standing around waiting for a "specialist". Manager did nothing to get us a "specialist". Will not return to this store who had 6 people standing around, but not serving customers.
Staff is amazing and helpful
Just stopped by to pay a bill at the kiosk.
