Worst corporate biz ever, must call corporate and talk to pro sales staff to get anywhere. Then you never get a new plan confirmation until you go back to the store 2-3 times!
I dropped by here to switch my service from ATT to Verizon and I was not ready and didn’t know what I needed to do. I received great help and advice from the representative whose name was Aayan. He went out his way to explain what I needed to do and spent all the time I needed to ask questions and make me comfortable with switching my service. A really professional and knowledgeable representative and I will return here just to get that great help and advice again.
