Terrible customer service by the manager, many employees, 2 customers and make you wait. Misinformation on tablets. I do not recommend this store.
We had a couple little hiccups getting new phones with Verizon, but these guys took care of us and followed up to make sure we got the best deal possible.
If you want a good service change from company I don’t have a year with Verizon and when my phone just arrived it had issued and I had probes I record when the problem was happening they didn’t respect warranty or anything.
I was given an Internet Box and was told I had 3 months to try out for. Free !!!! No payments until 3rd month if decided to stay with it never told me if you go over 300mbs you will be charged extra nothing so now I have a Bill of more than 340.00 dollars crazy!!!! When I was told something diffrent I bought like 5? Phones watches and at end of sale they offered me this false! Advertisement
