Came in to upgrade my wife and I phones. Was told that I could trade mine and her phones and receive $833 credit towards a new iPhone. I had a balance of $433 on my phone that had to be paid off first so I did. As soon as I paid it off, the rep said he made a mistake and that I would only receive $400 credit.
