Have not been there yet but so far I have had no help from anyone Verizon, t mobile ,straight talk ,unity wireless sent me a Sims card for some mingle .com crud but I really dont even do dating apps at all and .then I have had metro Wal-MarT family mobile ,cricket wireless and at&t boost mobile ,straight talk ,assurance mobile ,cox wifi at&t home wifi am trying to get at home internet now .and Qlink wireless ..safelink wireless please help me ...
Came in to upgrade my wife and I phones. Was told that I could trade mine and her phones and receive $833 credit towards a new iPhone. I had a balance of $433 on my phone that had to be paid off first so I did. As soon as I paid it off, the rep said he made a mistake and that I would only receive $400 credit. I told him to refund my money and he said he couldn’t. I sat in there for 2 additional hours with my baby who was overdue for a bottle to finally be told that I could get it refunded.
