Everybody else was fine, but Badman or whatever his name actually is needs to be retrained. Felt more like I was talking to a con artist/used car salesman who talked around our questions and was just trying to make a sale rather than someone who could actually help us with our phones/plans. Don't suggest adding things to a plan when the customer has mentioned they're there to lower their bill. If I'm there to make my payments lower, I don't need Netflix or Hulu or whatever. All they were concerned about was me changing my plan and no help otherwise
This place is STRESSFUL! They don't ever do as ask and change things that don't need changed not really good at providing good customer service at all....they have this attitude that we need them and they don't need us....
When I called no one ever answers the phone even when the corporate transfers me internally. Not good customer service.
