Totally was great. We spent a long time in this store but the service was amazing Kam and Roba attended to our needs and were extremely efficient if your looking for a good Verizon store this one is it. Thanks for your professionalism and your time. We will be back.
Jada was amazing and super helpful made my switch from tmobile to verizon super easy. Jada and the manager made my first experience in a verizon store that will have me coming back to this store.
The wait is extremely long over an hour. Managers are above the level of helping. They hide in the back and may come out to do a few purchases. This customer service is disgusting. I would recommend going else where.
