I would give less than one star if I could, but unfortunately, I have to give a star in order to write a review. I spent $1500 on buying a new phone, which of course then needed a new phone case and a new charging block because everything gets “upgraded“ as the phones do… As we all know. Just another way to scam us out of every penny that they can. Verizon is one of the biggest mobile phone carriers in the nation. Their superpower is having cell sites and remote areas. If you live or work and that type of area, in you pretty much have to use Verizon. Thankfully that is not my situation. I used to use their service but found them very impersonal and not helpful. I switched to T-Mobile which has been vastly better for me. Check out my profile for great eateries and craft cocktail bars. ✌🏼

I really hate leaving bad reviews but this location doesn't have the best of service. Came in before closing and they couldn't get me a new phone. Greg literally walked after me out of the store to tell me that he would have to kick me out at closing because all the doors have to be locked exactly at 7. I guess policy is policy. Thank you Greg
