I went to this location with a question about a setting on my phone. Levi said they don't provide any customer support and told me to call tech support. I then went to Verizon in Solon on rt. 91 and Darius quickly took care of my issue. Complete laziness in Twinsburg.
No acknowledgement on walking in. Bad attitude. Poor customer service. Won’t be here again.
