This was my first time at Verizon. I decided to switch carriers from AT&t and the people that I got to work with were great and very easy to talk to and very easy to understand everything. They were very helpful and I'm very pleased with what I'm going to pay after all the initial stuffs you pay when you first start
Friendly staff
They suck. All they want is for you to buy a phone from them or service from them. They refuse to help anyone with Verizon phones purchased elsewhere. This is very bad buisness
