had a broken sim, christian helped us out and did a great job. took about 5-10 minutes for the whole process
Not less than a minute or so being in the store, they didn't want to help me to transfer out and told me to call 611 because they do "sales not customer service." I was also irritated that there was about 4 of them together in the front chatting away. I've been to other Verizon, especially up north, they were way helpful.
