Had to go to the store 4 times to fix a problem then just got a new phone because they couldn't fix my pro5
Now they took down my review post because they didn't like how it was now that irritates me. And now I'm getting really upset with these people. Because because yesterday we almost had a fight in there. The guy was tell me to try to relax. You don't tell somebody to relax when the phone is charging and properly working.
I go in to used the kiosk to pay its convenient for me. Their customer service is not the best. I had this representative name Joseph, he couldn't answer a simple question as to why I cannot retrieve my text messages after delete them they usually are stored in trash bin for 30 days. It used to be an options. He claimed it is a Google issues. One has nothing to do with the other. He said it was not a Verizon problem it's the messaging service. Verizon is the worst. They have the worst customer service. The business employee, Ernesto never returned any of my phone calls or emails regarding my account. What business that wants your business does that? They also have a lot of turnover. Every few months there is someone new who is managing business accounts. That tells you a lot about Verizon in itself! If i could give them half a star I would.
