I came into the Florence location to get some help from management because I could not get any help over the phone with any type of management. I've been hung up on. Went to get a bill and explain a frustration with mot getting it after 5 request. Was in there for 30 min and requested over 10 times for them to print my bill finally did after I said I was going to get an attorney for them failing to provide.
