Today I visited Verizon on mall road in florence ky looking to replace the Otter Box, protective cover on my phone. I was quickly told that we no longer carry that item for a phone that old. My phone is less than 3yrs old, I'm still paying on it. My phone is a Samsung S22. I then asked him if I completely remove the old cover how do I get to the volume and off and on buttons? He replied you can't, which was incorrect but I'll sell you a new updated phone, and internet services. His final suggestion was to order the Otter box... read more
