At first it was very welcoming and helpful the staff was really friendly but once I signed the agreement, got the new phone, and turned in my old phone. There was a lot of information that was not provided and the transition started to become more complicated also the buy out agreement from my previous phone was never submitted now I owe AT&T the full amount.
