The lady with the red hair was awesome and got us a new phone right away with no issues and also gave us a texas number since we are from texas, which is exactly what we needed! She was awesome, highly recommend her service she was very helpful and honest.
I went in looking for a case for my phone. The guy told me it wasn’t in stock regardless of the Verizon website saying it was . He told I have to go store to store to look for it. No thanks, Amazon it is.

I came in with my friend to activate her phone and give her old phone in for the trade in value. Phillipe was super condescending and I ended up helping her activate the phone. He said the wait would be 45 mins and he stood in the back the whole time he wasn't walking around acting like the king of England.
