I came in to ask if my phone is eligible for a promotion. I got a lady representative (Saturday 5:30pm). She said she will check for me, and then went into their back room and disappeared for like 40min, leaving me out here waiting, thinking she’s working on a promotion plan. After not hearing a peep, I asked another representative to check on her for me, and immediately she came out saying there’re no plans for me. So what the heck took 40min??!
