I came in to ask if my phone is eligible for a promotion. I got a lady representative (Saturday 5:30pm). She said she will check for me, and then went into their back room and disappeared for like 40min, leaving me out here waiting, thinking she’s working on a promotion plan. After not hearing a peep, I asked another representative to check on her for me, and immediately she came out saying there’re no plans for me. So what the heck took 40min??! Went into the store to seek help with my phone. First thing that was said was that I should get a new phone, then call -which I had done already and couldn’t hear what was being said / which is why I went to the store. Then I was told to go to apple to have my phone checked. I had explained to the staff that the phone works great except ion my apt.
