Verizon is our phone service and they were very helpful getting my husband a phone. Great selection as well and great service. Thank you Vetizon. Also, rarely a dropped call, great cell service when you are anywhere that cell service isn't all that great, you can really on Verizon.
Good customer service
I visited to ask a question about my Mom's phone. Lupe was very kind and helpful.
I paid off two Samsung devices from another service provider ($1800) to trade them into Verizon for a promotion of $1000 off each new iPhone. They messed up so bad on the new Verizon lines that we only received a trade in value of about $450 for each traded phone. No promotion was applied and by the time we talked to the district manager that was working out of the broadway store who said she would try to fix it, but nothing was promised and nothing was actually accomplished.
