Made an online order for store pickup, 2 days passed and zero pickup confirmation, couldn't even get through to live a person on the fone. Finally went to the store and was told one item was not available - would've been nice if they had emailed / called / messaged me about it. Now they still have one item from my order in stock but wouldn't fulfill my partial order, instead they cancelled the whole order and wouldn't match the online price.
Very bad service
Andrea and Jordan have been very helpful to me in setting up my new phone. The other associates have been nice in my quick interactions with them. This store is very busy, but they have good customer service! I give 4 because, I have had to make SEVERAL TRIPS to this Verizon store to repair problems with changing phones within the first week of buying a new phone...Horrible! Been in twice in last few weeks as upgraded cells I accidentally put take to ups on one. They totally boxed it up and labeled for me as well as told me how to get to them Thanks again for first class service
