The Service: Amir & Ian were helping at the store. Ian was helpful. Amir definitely went above & beyond. He took the initiative to double check my issue & gave advice. Excellent customer service! The Store: Super busy location. But many staffs on duty. The Parking: Plaza parking lot (free). Always busy here because many other retail & restaurants sharing the parking lot
Made an online order for store pickup, 2 days passed and zero pickup confirmation, couldn't even get through to live a person on the fone. Finally went to the store and was told one item was not available - would've been nice if they had emailed / called / messaged me about it. Now they still have one item from my order in stock but wouldn't fulfill my partial order, instead they cancelled the whole order and wouldn't match the online price.
Very bad service
Andrea and Jordan have been very helpful to me in setting up my new phone. The other associates have been nice in my quick interactions with them. This store is very busy, but they have good customer service! I give 4 because, I have had to make SEVERAL TRIPS to this Verizon store to repair problems with changing phones within the first week of buying a new phone...Horrible!
