Switched to Boost from Verizon to save money but ended up with more minor issues. Went back to Verizon and was met by Chet who seamlessly helped me get back on board with Verizon at the same price I paid before with new phones. 5/5

Very helpfull
Went in yesterday after some issues switching over from a different cell carrier online. Location is clean, modern and very well arranged, similar to the typical Apple store in a mall. Mark was tremendously helpful, even going so far as to stay late to get things ironed out and to ensure that I walked out with a fantastic trade in and operational line! Absolutely will be returning for any further needs. Verizon gained a loyal customer thanks to the 11/10 customer service at this location! Thanks again, Mark!
