Let me tell you why you should not use Verizon Fios. I've been without cable or internet service for over 48 hours now. There is an outage in the area. I spent 4 hours in a chat trying to find out what was going on, with no updates, or help. Someone is coming to look at my equipment FOUR DAYS after my service went down.
