Let me tell you why you should not use Verizon Fios. I've been without cable or internet service for over 48 hours now. There is an outage in the area. I spent 4 hours in a chat trying to find out what was going on, with no updates, or help. Someone is coming to look at my equipment FOUR DAYS after my service went down. There is no one to complain to or talk to. They literally do not care about you and just want your money. I've been paying for a service I can't use. My upstairs neighbor has Spectrum.
