I went to ger assistance with a mobile hotspot. It took awhile, but I got my problem solved.
Always consistently horrible, can never talk to someone, and when you finally do they hardly speak English. Horrible service. Switching to literally anyone else.
Not happy at all. We were in there for 2 hrs. Come home and the phone number from previous carrier was never ported over. Spent 3 hrs on the phone when we got home and still nobody could help. I'm sorry I even suggested that my boyfriend that he should use Verizon.
