Verizon is horrible they are not the company they used to be. They say one thing and then do another. They promise you offers and rewards and when it is time to redeem the reward or offer they not keep their world. They do not deliver. Customer Service is HORRENDOUS! Never a one call resolution and hours are spent trying to resolve simple issues. One hand does not what the other is doing. I'm ready to discontinue service.
