I went in today because I had a problem with my brand new watch. Immediately the staff copped an attitude and essentially told me they would not help me. I told them we were going to resolve my issue today. I insisted on speaking to the manager. The person I told to get the manager told me I was being rude to her for doing so. At this point yet another employee who had nothing do with my issue told me I could just leave the store.
