We didn't realise this location was a franchise operator and not a Verizon store until we went to another Verizon location on University Parkway and they told us they could not help us and to go back to the store we bought the phone and services from. This location is operated by Varta. There is a Varta sign inside but no explanation of the relationship and the staff did not explain this.

Terrible, just terrible! Never visit this store!!! Certainly NEVER work with Chad! Dispicable and entitled attitude, lack of knowledge, no accountability of any kind, no support at all, and refusal to even acknowledge a situation caused by their store and their associate! Chad failed to listen, no effort at all to understand the situation, took less than 30 seconds to demand I call the 800 customer service number to fix a mess his associate created!
