You can’t call the directly to take of a problem it goes to customer service which they can’t help. You have to go to the store which I’m out of state.
Bad experience, came and bought a phone didnt even help me on noting just gave it to me on a plastic bag and told me I needed to get out because they had allready helped me. Such a horrible management.
Very nice people
We didn't realise this location was a franchise operator and not a Verizon store until we went to another Verizon location on University Parkway and they told us they could not help us and to go back to the store we bought the phone and services from. This location is operated by Varta. There is a Varta sign inside but no explanation of the relationship and the staff did not explain this.
