Terrible, just terrible! Never visit this store!!! Certainly NEVER work with Chad! Dispicable and entitled attitude, lack of knowledge, no accountability of any kind, no support at all, and refusal to even acknowledge a situation caused by their store and their associate! This store has extremely unprofessional stuff. It’s the second time I run in to an issue here. First is when I had to trade in phones and first they said “we can’t take them you should have received a label” then a day later after checking the instructions and being specifically told to return it to a store they accepted it. Today Chad and Colbey could not take my home internet router back because of some other dubious reason and refused to call customer service for me. Now I will have to deal with it on my own.
