I had a complicated situation at the Verizon store today, and Dennis went above and beyond to help us through it. He was extremely patient, professional, and kind the entire time. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure our issue was fully resolved. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to providing excellent service—thank you, Dennis, for making what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one!

I’m extremely disappointed with Verizon’s service. The wait times on the line are unbearable—sometimes hours—and the customer service agents I’ve spoken with seem unhelpful and inattentive, with little regard for customer respect. One of the biggest issues is the billing. I was quoted $387 per month, but every month my bill comes out to over $475, sometimes even $500. Each time I have to go to a Verizon store to explain and have it adjusted, and while they do fix it temporarily, the issue continues. This is the worst service... read more
