It's not the store's fault, the 800 service sent me there to get my final bill. They were not able to produce this as they are not on the same computer system. The 800 system should be aware of this and not send people on wild goose chases. Meanwhile I still do not have my final bill.
Just go to Total by Verizon instead of this place. Iphone screen went out and i was told they don't do replacements that i will have to go to a third party store to get the replacement as well as a sim card because "they don't sell sim cards" either. If you have any real problems just skip this store altogether and go to total by Verizon. PS Do not listen to any support specialist telling you go to this store they don't seem to be aware of the lack of help coming from this store and ended up arguing with them too.

Keep away from this store if you’re not Black because they going to try to charge you $30 for activating a new phone when you buy it online and pick it up in store. A tall, dark-skinned girl who was working today, Sunday, 08/10/2023 in this store, treated us very badly with a very racist attitude because we were speaking Spanish. She just didn't want to do her job when the store was totally empty!!!!
