I needed lots of help when I went in but Taylor was AMAZING. Understanding of my issues, patient, knowledgeable. We've been with Verizon for YEARS and this was the absolute best customer service I've ever received.
We had to wait maybe 30 or 40 minutes but both employees were very knowledgeable, and polite. Got what we needed and got all our questions answered
