Verizon has been holding my phone hostage. It should have been unlocked 60 after activation (over a year ago). My phone is still locked and now I don't have any service. This is after three days on the phone. Really, three full days, and two trips here to Corporate. The only reason I'm giving two stars is b/c the rep there that worked with my husband was trying to help. To no avail. Horrible customer service. Staff looks miserable and poorly trained.
Manager Vince is very rude and disrespectful. I highly recommend that you not have him assist you.
It's the best service when I saw. They are great. Thank you so much for my new phone
