Avoid this Verizon at all costs , Customer service doesn’t listen to you needs and is useless. I’m back for a second time today trying to get my watch on cellular that they sold me and they can’t even figure it out . Also look over what your getting they said there manager tells them to add protection plans without telling customers as well which can add up on multiple lines.
I had the most satisfaction experience. I am new Verizon customer setting up a service. My sell person, Connor, provided amazing customer service. He was patient with my questions and gave me the chance to overview my options. He was very funny and cared about what I want. Definitely a 5 star and more. Thank you Conner!
