I had a problem concerning Voice mail and contacted VZ customer service today. After approx. two hours the issue was escalated with promise of a 24 hr. response. In the interim, I stopped over at the local Penfield NY Verizon store and Chris M. resolved the problem in less than 60 seconds!! I highly recommend this service!!
The employees here behave like prima donnas. One of them specifically told me when there was nobody around: "I don't have any time at the moment, you need to make an appointment." What are you? A neurosurgeon?

Amazing staff and store. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Even providing work cell numbers to call anytime with questions or concerns. Impressed and very happy.
