Big shout out to Natalia at this location!! We were together for almost 5 hours at the store troubleshooting how to fix my phone lines, and she remained so positive and supportive throughout the entire experience. So appreciative! Great staff here.
Service was not great or even really attainable. Left and went to the Apple Store. They were super helpful at the Apple Store and can easily help Verizon customers there.
Barbara, one of the young customer service employees at the Del Mabry store, did a fantastic job helping me resolve a difficult account problem that had frustrated me for a long time. It took almost an hour and a half to resolve the problem (on the phone with her company technical folks and me in the store) but she persevered with good humor and professionalism the entire time.
