I had a great experience at the Verizon store in South Tampa. I would like to sincerely thank the manager and Bill for their outstanding customer service and help. They were both very friendly, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Worst Verizon there is in Tampa. Definitely choose a different store if you need good assistance, this is not the place. Best off going to International Mall
