They are useless when trying to help with phone issues! There were 5 sales people standing around and was told they couldnt spend any more time on my problem. Stay away!
Beware! Verizon will sign you up for a "deal" on your phone and say that you can leave your contract at any time. But the truth is, they are only delaying your initial payment of the device until you leave, or if you stick around for 3 years. After 3 years, you will have spent $3.6k dollars on their plan to save maybe $500 on this so called "deal" they have for you. Bought my son a new phone. The sales rep gave me a printout showing he waived the activation and what my monthly charges would be. Surprise! Activation and extra cloud storage and play pass charges showed up on my bill and customer service is telling me I have to drive back to the store because they are the only ones to fix their mistake. Amazing that a phone company doesn't have a direct phone number for a store so I don't have to drive another 30 minutes back down there! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!!
I showed up at 4 pm on 6/6 they had 3 representatives and a manager. I had to wait an hour to talk to someone because someone had to go to lunch. The manager helped one guy then proceeded to ask me and another customers if we needed to use the restroom sorry about the wait. I got my info and had to wait for my wife to get home before going back. We went back at 730 to finish getting our phones.
