Went there to try to switch over from T-Mobile was there a half an hour to 45 minutes and the line it only moved one person was six to go.. I didn't have several hours to spend there.. partially my fault going there on a Saturday.. and they seem to have quite a few people just not big enough establishment to handle the load
Christopher is the representative you want helping you. He went well out of his way to get my phone service reinstated after another rep inadvertently dropped me from the account when my husband upgraded his phone. If your service needs are complicated heed my advice.
Christopher was very good in assisting with tbe issues we were having. Even contacted customer care with us and made sure to get the problem resolved. Good experience, making the best of a frustrating situation. See Chris for great service.
Definitely very efficient and effective in the Verizon v ATT smart tech network environment.
AVOID JOE AND THE NEW MANAGER. They deleted all the bad reviews from here. You're best bet, in my opinion, js to go to Bestbuy. They have a Verizon Rep there that doesnt sell you, but rather serves you. Next time, I am definitely going to Bestbuy, even if it means buying a phone outright. It took my wife and I one entire month to excahnge our phones for a new one. We had the money and everything ahead of time. It took 5 trips into the store. During that time, we had to deal with Joe.
