They went above and beyond to assist me in resolving issues with my phone and setting me up with a new one. We came into the store at 2:05 pm. There were two customers there already being served. We were greeted by Ashkey, specialist, who told us that there were two people before us. I received an automated notification that the wait time would be 10 minutes. Thirty-five minutes Kenya, specialist, finally started talking to us. She said that the promotion that Pekton B. offered earlier in the month ended on February 14th. Colby business manager tried to find another promotion with no success.
