I am very disappointed with the service at your store. My friend has been a loyal customer with Verizon for over 10 years. She does not speak much English, so I went with her to help update her phone and open a new line for her son, who just had brain tumor surgery and was discharged from the hospital. We only wanted to make sure he could contact his mother in case of emergency. The sales representative was very unhelpful and unfriendly. Worst customer service. I drove 40 minutes after a long call with the international service because they couldn't understand English. When I got here, Steven treated me horribly. He seemed irritated that I needed help. At this point I am about to leave Verizon. Look at the other reviews on this site. I am not the only one that has had this experience.
