Actually when I was in the store there was actually a tall thin nice man with a shaved head & full beard. I not know his name but I could see the look on his face that he had seen this situation before. he had seen customers getting "broomed" out the door. Brand new redo of store. Beautiful & clean.a new start. I had an appointment to see the manager Chad at noon only to find he was on "vacation" it is obvious there is a deficiency in managent.
