I went here to get help to set my hbo max up they refused to help and referred me to call customer service. They were no help. I go today to pay my bill and they couldn't get into my account my phone number has always been enough I had my ID as well still I was unable to pay my bill! I was considering switching now I guess I will be forced to switch. Disappointed to say the least
I was helped by Brandon and he was awesome! He was extremely patient, kind and helpful. MJ was thorough and helpful too. They both made me feel appreciated
Today I’m relaxing when some random person knocks first on my door and then rings my doorbell a few times. I respond by how may I help you from my doorbell camera. They respond they’re from Verizon. I state, no thank you. They continue to talk. I respond, no solicitation please. They then become rude and tell me to put a sign on my door with a few expletives if I don’t want them knocking!
