Was in here this morning, with an issue of verizon charging me for “unreturned equipment” thats been on going for a couple months now DESPITE multiple messages and uploading proof of return. I believe Jason was the one who helped me, he was very honest, and helpful. He went above and beyond with helping me locate that the device was returned and verizon did have it, but he told me they have no power in the store to do refunds. Has always been the worst experience I have. They can’t explain properly how to upgrade devices. When it comes to business plans. They can’t navigate their own system correctly. But that’s not even the worst part. They make you wonder why you step in the door. Should I be trained through Verizon so I know how to ask their employees what I need? If so, I missed the memo. Someone direct me.
