I attempted to start a new service with Verizon on July 1,2024. I stopped due to other charges being added before I completed my checkout. I started chatting with Verizon at 8:12am on July 2,2024 and ended at 11:13am about a simple order. I chatted with 7 agents and the 8th one told me to be patient. WHAT???
