Had a problem with my visual voicemail and they recommended that I go to the store then they could help me. Found out the store couldn't do any good so I spent more than 3 hours on the phone trying to get it to work
Went in to get a Sim card. Reggie took care of us within 10 minutes. This is the corporate location these guys take care of business hands down the best Verizon in the area
