Always understaffed
I had a wonderful experience getting my phone repaired by Merika.
This person was rude, arrogant, and lazy. This is the second interaction I've had with this person, if I'm not mistaken.This is far from the great experience I had when I first wrote a review for this store in which was a 5 out of five star. They even claimed to be the manager.
