Unbeknownst to me, there are different types of Verizon stores - those that are licensed to sell Verizon services, and corporate stores owned by the company. This particular corporate store rocks. Without going into the whole saga, we established business services through a sales rep at the Belgrade Verizon store - a non-corporate store. After about a month of service we had an issue. Enzo was great.
It took a while, but they were able to lower my monthly cost.
Had to wait a while but when i was helped it went pretty quick and easy and they were very nice was even greeted at door and had public wifi to enjoy while waiting.
