This store just let a guy skip me in line, because he made an appointment in the store and jumped past me. When I asked about in manager was rude and nonchalant about my experience. He even went on to state it is policy.
Please ask for Chris G. He clocked an issue that I didn't even know about and took the time to get it straightened out. Very knowledgeable and very customer forward. Everyone in the store working was also extremely professional and helpful.
