I recently visited the Verizon store to address a phone trade-in issue. Upon entering, I encountered an employee named Xavier who exhibited extreme rudeness. He seemed disinterested, engrossed in his phone and reluctant to assist me. When I explained my problem, he asserted that his sole responsibility was sales and refused to provide any help. In February, I went to purchase a new phone and was very pleased with the excellent service provided by Kyle. He was patient, kind and thorough. He explained features so I, a baby boomer for whom the wonders of tech are not intuitive, could understand. Kyle made all the difference in my experience. He was awesome!
