Very good customer experience back in April with Justin Toma. I came in to drop off phones from family upgrades. Process was smooth and seamless. Justin noticed I was eyeing the 5G wireless routers and we had a good discussion on the latest capabilities which prompted me to upgrade my service and equipment. Really appreciate all of Justin's thorough knowledge and customer focused service!
this is to verizon. your attempts to make customer service easier for non business customers after hours is awful. sends a push notice 3x no notice hangs up when i finally get the thing to give one to my phone. which takes me to your website and i need to sign in. I AM NOT GOING TO THAT. you have lost 64000 customers its going to be 64001 soon. you need to get rid of the AI you bought to save money. was it worth losing 64000 customers? how much did you save?
