After months of being ignored and not receiving service we are paying for we are moving our business to TMobile. These sleazy and deceptive tactics are not something we have time for. I wish I could cancel our FIOS too. I no longer trust Verizon.
I was having issues with my iPhone staying stuck on SOS mode. Another Verizon store said I needed to buy a new phone. I came here and Benjamin helped me swap my SIM card and now my phone works again! Thanks Benjamin!
