Levels of unprofessional and unhelpful previously unseen. Regretting switching to Verizon so much.
I showed up and bombarded these sweet folks at open time because I'm on vaca and my phone screen had broken. Since I was unhappy with my current service anyway, I went here and was able to switch from tmobile to verizon with a brandy new phone in under an hour. They were all incredibly professional, kind, knowledgable and helpful. I'm really awful at names but the gentleman who helped me was very awesome.
