Store staff at this Verizon location are wonderful and have done everything they can to help me. This review is not about them. It is a warning about Verizon’s systems and customer service, because I am now having to file a complaint with the FCC over a “missing equipment” charge that is entirely their fault. Did not visit the store on the ground level. Had a visit to the upper floors. Awesome views
They messed up my order for to days and my order they give it to somebody else and I have to pay for their services I can believe
If I could give zero stars I would. I called 5 stores your return equipment, no one was able to help or give advice other than to call another store. This last store was absolute garbage. I spoke to an Indian man named Vincent who ignored all the information I gave him about the situation, repeated information that was wrong after I told him so, and proceeded to tell me he can't help me what does he want me to do. What the hell kind of stores hire people who can't do customer service.
