Very very pushy & the older man with rat tail is very uncomfortable & borederline creepy. Never going back to this one ever again.
Finally!!!! Some very clear communications from the salesman....unlike the last i went to this exact same store.
Bad customer service. Phone broke while on a work trip, tried to get it fixed or replaced in store. While the reason it wasn't fixed or replaced was due to some issues on my family Verizon account during my visit, the employee continuously was frustrated with me when I asked questions, walked away multiple times and was more concerned with the time left of their shift than helping me.
