I think you need to change all the staff in all departments, they don't want to work and don't know their job, you pay some of them for nothing and they are also evil !
Absolutely AWFUL customer service, incredibly rude and unhelpful.
Verizon messed up a return. Came to return the device and manager Angel was able to figure out how to get the return accepted. Quick and easy.
The staff was really nice and helpful. They were patient even though they were closing up to make sure I got all of my stuff on to my new phone.
